I took leave and made a holiday out of a long weekend during May 2000...
Why are there so many buck in the Kruger National Park?
Some Zebra... As I decide to take a photo they turn their backs and walk away... They must be camera shy...
Wow, Giraffe really look nice!
Why does this photo look so grainy? Oh yes, these Wildebeest were so far away I had to scan a dot in from the photo and zoom in and this is the result.
An Elephant!! One of the Big Five! I saw these Elephant as I was on my out of the park at Orpen gate just before the gates closed at 5:30pm. My first picture taken inside the car caused the flash to go off... I got really worried that I may have upset the poor animal with the bright flash. Luckily not.
And finally the sun setting over the park... Not bad for an al-cheapo camera. :-)
I have more photos taken in Mpumalanga outside the Kruger National Park, but they still need to be developed. Watch this space!
